BOOSTER has built a multidisciplinary technical and business consortium of aerospace companies, a leading industry provider of propulsion technology, and eminent practitioners of market research and marketing strategy.
Core consortium members in the BOOSTER team, and their respective roles, are listed here, with their web links. Concurrently, BOOSTER has also developed relationships and engaged in discussions with the two leading government agencies for aircraft certification and regulation, viz., European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). BOOSTER is engaged in an ongoing dialogue and has secured the support of local government agencies in the United States, Germany, Spain, and Belgium (European Union).
An active team is in place that spans companies and countries and integrates into a like-minded culture. BOOSTER has placed a lot of emphasis on efficient team dynamics in order that productivity is concentrated on engineering and business development.
The team has:
- an excellent understanding of the development process and has subsequently mapped out both timelines and costs in detail
- knowledge of both engineering and business problems needing to be solved for profitable commercial operations
- designed an organisational structure that meets both regulatory expectations and the need for a low cost risk-managed development process
